Monthly Report Forms, or MRFs, are forms where clubs can keep the district updated on their activities. It asks clubs to record the following:

  • The number of meetings

  • Number of Key Clubbers in attendance

  • Meeting topics

  • Description of club projects and activities

  • Number of service hours for the month

  • Amount of money raised for the month

The form should be filled out by the Club President and sent to the division lieutenant governor by the 3rd of each month.
