
MONTHLY REPORT FORMS
Monthly Report Forms, or MRFs, are forms where clubs can keep the district updated on their activities. It asks clubs to record the following:

The number of meetings

Number of Key Clubbers in attendance

Meeting topics
-
Description of club projects and activities
-
Number of service hours for the month
-
Amount of money raised for the month
The form should be filled out by the Club President and sent to the division lieutenant governor by the 3rd of each month.
